2 weeks back. I had booked plot no.44@Eden Red coral avenue sembakkam site Unfortunately, I couldn't able to proceed further due to some family issues. In this connection I asked refund of advance amount Rs.25K. Eden Reality returned 100% refund money on yesterday by GPay to my account. Hence I would like to convey my very thanks to Eden Family. We are very happy to have registered two plots in Naduveerapattu, West Tambaram. Initially, we visited the site intending to purchase just one plot, but after seeing the surrounding schools, colleges, and nearby houses, we decided to buy two.

We were also very impressed by the professional and friendly approach of Mr. Shiva Kumar, Managing Director of Eden Realty. He patiently understood our requirements and allotted the plots accordingly.

I visited Eden Reality’s layout at Naduveerapattu and was really impressed with how well everything is planned and maintained. The team, especially Mr. V.C. Thiru Sir and MD Mr. Sivakumar, were super genuine and helpful.

I had booked a plot but couldn’t proceed. They refunded my money without any issues. They have 100% refund policy in Eden Reality. Will go back to buy a plot when i can.
Would be nice if the same plot still available.

I had a chance to visit the property near Thiruporur. The team took efforts not only in proper layout and roads but also they planted trees. Also here we can directly speak to the MD Mr.Shiva while visiting the layout. I booked but unfortunately, I couldn't buy the plot. I asked for refund. Within 2 days they did 100% refund. Felt happy about their genuineness. Thank you Mr.Shiva and team! I appreciate your honesty.

I had an excellent experience with Eden Realty!
One of their executives, Mr. Gokul, approached me and shared the plot layout RED COREL AVENUE, Sembakkam along with all the necessary details. He even arranged a cab for a site visit during the weekend. Although I couldn’t make it that day due to personal reasons, he consistently followed up and rescheduled the visit for two weeks later.
At the site, Eden Realty had made proper arrangements, and Mr. Mathan Kumar provided a detailed explanation about the property — covering its benefits, pricing, and the entire process from booking to registration.

I visited there properly near Tirporur, They were very sweet and humble. I booked the properly but could not buy as it was did not suit my currebt demand and also asked for refund and was given immediately. I am still in contact with Shahrukh brother who is working there. In future I will definitely consider to buy a plot from them.
